Bangalore, September 5th, 2017: Zoomcar, the leading self-drive car rental company is pulling all the stops to highlight its focus on ‘creating experiences’ for its patrons. With its new mantra of ‘Never Stop Living’, it is all set to host India’s first-ever musical getaway, Zoomapalooza. Blending the thrill of music, the festival will be held on September 16, 2017 at Magnum Arena Ground, 3/1, Sarjapur Rd, Carmelaram, Hadosiddapura, Chikkakannalli, Bengaluru.

With a marketing budget of Rs. 2 crore, Zoomcar plans to set a precedent for experiential music festivals in India and create a community of like-minded individuals. Along with the high-intensity musical extravaganza at Zoomapalooza, audiences can engage various experiences like grape stomping and soap football, mechanical bull, and zorbing. Zoomcar has tied up with some of the top brands in the travel, OEM, automobile, and F&B categories with multiple sponsorship deals for Zoomapalooza. Targeting college students and young professionals between 22 to 33 years of age, Zoomcar will run multiple ATL and BTL campaigns across various media including print, radio, outdoor and digital to promote the event. It will also run digital campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and engage music, travel and lifestyle bloggers to spread the word about the festival online.
The festival will feature an eclectic mix of electronic music genres, with top international artists like Thomas Gold and DJ Alvaro headlining the event. Also performing at the festival will be some of the top artists of the genre from India, including KC Jones, Thaikkudam Bridge, DJ Ivan, DJ Nash &Daddy’s Groove. One of the major highlights of the festival is a unique concept that blends high energy, music, and a non-intrusive concert experience via wireless tech. The larger-than-life event is expected to have about 4000 visitors with 30% of the tickets having been sold out already.
Zoomcar’s new logo, with the letter ‘Z’, signifies the ‘never stop living’ attitude represented by an eagle/bird taking flight. This resonates with the youth wanting to diversify into more experiential travel nowadays. Launched along with the promotional campaigns for Zoomapalooza, the logo is also a depiction of the brand’s bold and classy, yet vibrant and energetic, persona.
